Their goal was to create one large indoor–outdoor space with room for a long dining table, an outdoor kitchen, oversized windows and doors to bring the outside in, and improved drainage through strategic re-grading. ![A spacious, modern living room in a Montgomery County home features large windows, skylights, two beige sofas, a central fireplace, and views of a lush garden. The team integrated custom lighting, refined built-ins, and carefully matched rounded window moldings to maintain architectural consistency. Materials were selected for both durability and visual cohesion, ensuring the expanded space felt unified and intentional rather than pieced together. ![Parrs_grill](https://smileyrenovations.com/hubfs/Parrs_grill.jpg "Parrs_grill") ![Parrs_rear_R_blu_10-10-25_463 copy](https://smileyrenovations.com/hubfs/Parrs_rear_R_blu_10-10-25_463%20copy.jpeg "Parrs_rear_R_blu_10-10-25_463 copy") ![Parrs_services_outdoor living-1](https://smileyrenovations.com/hubfs/Parrs_services_outdoor%20living-1.jpg "Parrs_services_outdoor living-1") ![Parrs_great_L_10-10-25_613](https://smileyrenovations.com/hubfs/Parrs_great_L_10-10-25_613.jpg "Parrs_great_L_10-10-25_613") ![Parrs_bar](https://smileyrenovations.com/hubfs/Parrs_bar.jpg "Parrs_bar") ### Executing a strong design vision  The walk-around fireplace, specialty lighting, and seamless transitions between the interior and exterior required precise detailing and disciplined execution.
