This remodel was designed with light, openness, and functionality at the forefront. Because natural light was a priority, the homeowners opted for expansive windows with modern black frames in place of upper cabinetry, allowing daylight to fill the space and create an airy feel. Large sliding doors with an 8-foot-wide center opening connect the kitchen to the deck, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor transition ideal for both everyday living and entertaining.

Modern functionality with a crisp, elevated aesthetic

Custom cabinetry was designed specifically for the clients’ needs, featuring rich navy blue cabinets that contrast beautifully with the black window frames and the white glass tile backsplash. The backsplash extends throughout the space and wraps around the windows, adding depth and visual continuity. Induction cooking and a built-in microwave tucked into the island complete the kitchen, delivering modern performance with a clean, refined aesthetic.
