Parr's Ridge Addition

The homeowners loved their kitchen but needed better flow between it and the small sunroom. Their goal was to create one large indoor–outdoor space with room for a long dining table, an outdoor kitchen, oversized windows and doors to bring the outside in, and improved drainage through strategic re-grading.

Materials were selected for both durability and visual cohesion, ensuring the expanded space felt unified and intentional rather than pieced together.

The walk-around fireplace, specialty lighting, and seamless transitions between the interior and exterior required precise detailing and disciplined execution. With careful planning and a strong design vision, the team transformed two disconnected rooms into a cohesive, high-performance entertaining space.
